Answers
- Naturally YES! and the Microsoft User Guide. In fact,
it is illegal for us not to include the CD and licence!
- All driver disks, in fact all ordered software and
its medium is included.
- We can only pre-install ordered software if you have
ordered a version of Windows. In which case all software
and system drivers is installed so your new box is ready
to run.
- Typically software we provide is OEM which means no
hard-copy manuals. However, these days it is becoming
more common to have "online documentation".
- At present, delivery charges vary depending upon the
final shipments weight.
- We aim to ship goods out within three working days.
However, sometimes we have to wait for components to
arrive ourselves which can inevitably lead to longer
than expected delivery times.
- We await cleared funds. Depending upon the bank this
can take up to ten working days. This is not within our
control.
- We have recently upgraded our standard warranty to
three years. The initial configuration is: Year one -
RTB parts & labour, Years two and three - RTB labour
only. Please refer to our
warranty page for
full information.
- We have been trading since 2006.
- All Network Multimedia computers, whether upgrades,
Custom Built, or complete packages are diagnostic tested
first then left to run a burn-in suite for a minimum of
twenty-four hours.
