Network Multimedia PC Warranty

As standard, all of our PCs (packages and "custom built") include a one year warranty:

  1. The warranty is Return To Base (RTB)
  • includes cover for parts and labour
  • the following 9 months - labour only

The warranty may be upgraded at configuration time by selecting any available options.

The warranty only pertains to hardware supplied by us and does not cover software.

Items such as Keyboards and Mice are generally not covered by the warranty. Peripherals such as Printers, Scanners and Monitors are not included in our warranty either, but are covered by the respective manufacturer. As such, the manufacturer will be the point of contact.

The warranty does not cover goods damaged by misuse or abuse.

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full cover details.

Branded PCs and Laptops Warranty

The goods are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty and term.

  1. The Customer must complete any warranty registration soon after receipt of goods

Network Multimedia Returns Policy

Occasionally your computer may suffer a problem. In which case you will need to contact us. First of all, we will attempt to diagnose the problem over the phone. If we deem the problem to be unresolvable over the phone then a return will be required. Or, it could be that you are not satisfied with your goods! You have seven days in which to cancel your order after receipt, so long as they are unopened/unused.

Refunds to credit cards are done electronically the same day we receive the goods back, but may not show on your card balance for up to several days - we have no control over this.

Step 1.
We will email you a returns number which must be clearly visible on the outside of the packaging. If we receive parcels without a returns number we will hold them for one calendar month before disposing of them.

Step 2.
You must pack the goods suitably and securely, in the original box(es).

Step 3.
Arrange for collection of your goods by a reputable national courier. We suggest you shop around for best prices, as costs can vary a lot. Payment of shipping costs is at your expense unless the goods are under 30 days old (in which case we will arrange collection).

We attempt to return repaired goods within five working days.

Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further details.

Privacy policy

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Buying in bulks can save you money, this is ideal when you want to share the same items with your friends, or make a profit by reselling them. Regular customers including those from eBay and the computer fairs can enter the promotional discount code when doing the check-out.

The shop will work out the total delivery charges based on the total weight of the order. UK standard delivery charge will never be over £9. This is great if you are purchasing a lot of items.
